We felt like we were living in a real-life fairytale castle. The Giustinian family history was so cool to learn about, especially how they left their mark on the history of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. And the guided tours of the Roncade Castle wine secrets were mind-blowing! It was the perfect mix of history and wine fun for us young party-loving folks.
If there was one thing we wished for, it would be more late-night party vibes at the castle. Don't get us wrong, the peaceful and romantic atmosphere was awesome, but a little more fun for us night owls would have made it even better.

I had the most enchanting stay at a charming castle in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary glass of wine - a delightful touch. The castle grounds were perfect for exploration or simply relaxing with a good book. I even had the opportunity to do my own wine tasting, which I highly recommend. The amenities were modern and up to date, while still retaining the castle's historical charm. it was a truly wonderful experience.
Although the kitchen equipment was limited, it didn't hinder my stay. Additionally, the church bells announcing mass on Sunday mornings were a bit loud, but it didn't bother me much.

The Giustinian family has left a clear mark on the history of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. We were fascinated by the guided tours that allowed us to discover the secrets of Roncade Castle's wine. It was a unique and enriching experience, immersing ourselves in the stories and traditions passed down through generations. Highly recommended for history and wine enthusiasts.
My children wanted more activities specifically tailored for families.

The castle offers palace and winery tours with wine tasting, and it's only a short drive from Venice.
Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.

I chose this hotel for attending to a consultation, as it provides a smoke-free bed & breakfast with a business center and a garden. The business center was well-equipped and provided a quiet and comfortable space for work. The garden was a peaceful oasis where I could relax and unwind after a long day of meetings.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. While the business center was sufficient for individual work, it would have been more convenient to have a designated space for larger group meetings or presentations.

We stayed in 9 different places on our holiday, but Castello Di Roncade was the best by far. The old house inside the castle walls was charming and the courtyard was stunning. The staff were lovely and answered all of our questions. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with gardens and statuary that add to the overall atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The breakfast offers a variety of options to start the day off right. Additionally, there is a small swimming pool and a covered parking lot for convenience.
The swimming pool can get crowded due to its small size.
